Imran Qillawala

Owner and Licensed Home Inspector

Imran Qillawala is your local Pillar To Post home inspector, proudly serving the residents and businesses of Northern Virginia. Imran loves helping people find their perfect home and helping them see the home in its true form. Client satisfaction is extremely important to Imran, so he takes the time to teach, explain and answer any questions his clients may have.

Imran Qillawala immigrated to the United States 20 years ago with his wife and 2 young daughters. His two young daughters are now both in college, and he and his wife couldn’t be prouder of them! Before coming to the United States, Imran had earned a business degree and had been working on an engineering degree.

In Imran’s free time, he loves going to the beach with his family.

Certifications: ASHI certified home inspector, NRSB certified Radon tester, state licensed pest control technician, Internachi trained mold testing inspector, and Internachi certified well inspector.

Sonya Khan

Client Care and Business Development Manager

Sonya Khan brings a strong educational background to the Imran Qillawala Pillar To Post Team, with a Masters of Biological and Environmental Sciences. In addition to her educational background, Ms. Khan also brings extensive amounts of experience in various management positions at PNC Bank.

Ms. Khan is the proud mother of two daughters, both in college and on the Dean’s list. In Ms. Khan’s free time, she enjoys watching Turkish soaps and loves traveling.

Jason Zachary Tacktill

Licensed Home Inspector

Jason Tacktill brings many years of experience in building engineering to the Qillawala Pillar to Post Team. Mr. Tacktill has an extensive background in all aspects of building maintenance, with particular expertise in the area of HVAC, and holds an HVAC Masters License. With 20 years’ experience in the industry and a can-do attitude, Mr. Tacktill has made a smooth transition into the field of home inspection.

Mr. Tacktill takes joy in problem-solving and is a talented and resourceful creative thinker. Above all, he is a man of integrity with a reputation of fairness and a generous heart. He enjoys spending his non-working hours exploring the Virginia countryside with his wife and children.

Chris Goetz

Radon Technician

Hello, my name is Chris Goetz, I just recently moved to Northern Virginia. I was born and raised in Saint Louis Missouri, where I started my career in retail and sales. From there I also did some work in Telephone and internet installation for the local cable company. After a bit of time, I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. Just to try something new, in Vegas, I became an Hoa compliance inspector which was a fun job. After a while, I decided to move to Virginia to be closer to Family. Now here in Virginia where I wanted to try Something completely new. Home inspections. Where the pillar to post network welcomed me with open arms. I have to say it has been one of the best things I have done yet. I love the aspect of being able to help the client by showing them every aspect of the home they want to purchase. Some of my hobbies include building computers and studying the weather. I have always been one that’s fascinated by how fast the weather can change on a brink of a few moments. Just like most things in our everyday life.

Emily Harden

Licensed Home Inspector

Emily Harden is a licensed home inspector who has been a resident of Virginia in Stafford / Fredericksburg for over 20 years. Emily developed an interest in construction and renovation working on various mission projects in underprivileged areas in neighboring states as well as getting more building and construction in college while studying art history and architecture both locally and abroad.

After moving in 2020, the house hunting experience reignited her interest in real-estate but more so the inspection aspect and motivated Emily to be certified through AHIT.

When not inspecting homes, Emily enjoys time on her farm, raising and showing livestock and exploring local restaurants.

Hussnain Abbas

Licensed Home Inspector

Hello, my name is Hussnain Abbas. While my career began as a Political Researcher, I decided to explore different opportunities which assisted me in finding information on building infrastructures which really peaked my interest.

My experience as a Supervisor in the Metro Construction Company enhanced my skills, where I witnessed the skeleton system of the buildings. I later passed the NHIE and became a licensed inspector. Doing inspections is not the only part of business as meeting people of all walks of life and helping them with my experience is what drives my passion. I’m a certified ASHI Home Inspector and am still pursuing different courses to improve my abilities.

During my free time, I enjoy playing cricket and having political discussions. Besides from this, I also love to explore new places and learn about different cultures.
